Coaching services
Coaching is a professional, collaborative process that supports reflection, awareness, and development. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes arising from coaching.
Confidentiality and ethics
Confidentiality is central to the coaching relationship.
All coaching conversations are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, to which Simon Fielding is bound as a PCC-credentialed coach.
Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to the client or others.
Fees, cancellations, and agreements
Fees, session structure, and cancellation terms are agreed individually and set out in a separate coaching agreement or contract.
