I’m an impact coach who works with individuals and teams to elevate executive presence, influence, and communication. HOGAN ASSESSMENTS

Want to know how you really come across not just to yourself, but to everyone else around you? I consider Hogan to be the king of all psychometrics, not only for its scientific depth, but for its unmatched ability to reveal how others experience you. This isn’t just a personality tool; it’s a strategic lens into leadership potential, workplace derailers, and the core values that drive your decision-making. Hogan offers three integrated reports: HPI (Hogan Personality Inventory), which looks at how you show up on your best days HDS (Hogan Development Survey), which identifies how you may behave under stress or pressure MVPI (Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory), which uncovers the deeper drivers that energise and motivate you. It’s the ideal starting point for impactful one-to-one coaching, especially when you're preparing for leadership transitions, stepping into a new level of visibility, or navigating complex stakeholder relationships. I also use Hogan in group settings with a business development lens, helping teams understand how their collective reputation aligns (or misaligns) with what clients and colleagues actually experience. It’s particularly powerful when exploring executive presence, leadership branding, succession planning, conflict resolution, and culture shaping.

INSIGHTS DISCOVERY

What if your team had a simple, shared language for working brilliantly together? Insights Discovery is a dynamic and accessible psychometric that uses a simple four-colour model to explore personality preferences and communication styles. Based on the work of Carl Jung, it provides a practical language that helps individuals and teams understand themselves and others, quickly. I’ve found it to be incredibly powerful in team workshops where better collaboration, communication, and cohesion are key. Each team member receives a personalised profile that outlines their strengths, communication style, blind spots, and tips for working effectively with others. It’s ideal for building high-performing, self-aware teams, especially when you're navigating organisational change, onboarding new team members, or rebuilding trust. What makes Insights stand out is its ability to transform everyday interactions: from meetings to feedback conversations, project planning to conflict resolution. FIRO-B®

Curious why some team relationships flow effortlessly, and others feel stuck? FIRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation – Behaviour) is a lesser-known gem in the psychometric world, and one of the most powerful tools for unlocking relational dynamics in teams and leadership. It measures three key interpersonal needs: Inclusion, Control, and Affection, both in how we express these needs and how much we want them from others. This dual perspective offers deep insight into how individuals form relationships, navigate power structures, and influence team culture. It’s particularly useful when coaching around leadership style, trust building, and team cohesion, especially in teams where interpersonal tension, unclear boundaries, or disengagement are affecting performance. FIRO-B helps people understand not just what they do, but why they do it, and how those patterns may be enabling or limiting their impact. Whether used with individuals or intact teams, it provides a safe, insightful starting point for real behavioural shifts and more authentic workplace relationships.
